Standard Sizes

(excluding The Doggy Ramp, The Medicated Foam Bed and The Canine Crib)

These are the sizes you can purchase directly on our website (no size customisations). Delivery throughout the UAE is 50 AED.

For The Doggy Ramp, The Medicated Foam Bed, Barkingham Palace and The Canine Crib, due to their standard size will cost 120 AED for delivery for Dubai & Sharjah; other Emirates will incur an additional cost.

Customised Sizes

The price will depend on the exact size and will vary between 50-130 AED for Dubai & Sharjah delivery. For another Emirate, based on the size, we may need to provide a different delivery quote. We will let you know this before you order. Alternatively, we can deliver your item to an address of your choice in Dubai or Sharjah for you to collect.

Delivery Time

All our Dixie products are made to order and completely built from scratch; we also support other small businesses and outsource certain elements of the process, therefore our turnaround time is similar to that of a customised furniture company of around 4 weeks depending on the design - Any wood based products may take a little longer. Completely bespoke items can sometimes take up to 6-8 weeks.

Please note, if there are public holidays or we are experiencing a high volume of orders, there may be delays.

International Delivery

Whilst this is not something we currently offer as standard, we have several courier services who are able to assist in international deliveries. Delivery prices will be based on weight and size. Please reach out to us if this is of interest.
