WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
In the unlikely case you are not satisfied with your Dixie bed, we offer a 7 day returns policy on all standard beds. This is with the conditions that it has not been used, has the original packaging and is in a resalable condition (delivery charges will apply). If it is a customised product or a sale item, unfortunately we cannot offer returns.
In the extremely rare circumstance that you receive a bed that is damaged (standard or customised), please email us ASAP.
To minimise returns, we ask you to fully check the dimensions and descriptions of the products to ensure it is suitable.

CAN I PERSONALISE MY PRODUCT?
If you are interested in getting a particular colour, fabric, size or name embroidery, yes this is possible! We ask you get in contact with us prior to ordering so we can get all the details on what you are looking for and provide you with pricing and an accurate delivery time.
WHAT FABRICS DO YOU USE?
We use 2 main fabrics - Faux leather and velvet:
Our faux leather is sold on the market as 'scratch-resistant' which ensures it is more durable than standard faux leather. It is also very easy to clean!
We chose velvet as not only is it very fashionable, looks luxurious and is soft for our pooches, some research actually suggests the lack of “loops” in the weave prevents snagging from paws and nails.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We are able to accept most major credit cards. All payments are securely processed through the payment portal 2Checkout. Unfortunately we do not accept cash on delivery.
DO YOU OFFER ANY GUARANTEES
In the rare circumstance you suffer any structural defects within the first 6 months, please get in contact with us by emailing email@example.com so we can investigate further.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer guarantee's in regards to material damage or general wear and tear e.g. dog scratches.
WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
100% of our products are designed and built in the UAE.
ARE YOUR BEDS WASHABLE?
Most standard cushions can be removed and have zips making them easy for you to wash. Dry cleaning is always recommended to keep your velvet in the best condition, please do not machine wash! If there are any 'spills', remember to as quickly as you can, use a clean cloth and water and wipe in the direction of the nap. If you opt for a faux leather bed, these are very easy to wipe clean - We can make any of the designs in leather if this is something you would prefer - You should probably consider this if your furbaby is prone to accidents!
We also offer 100% cotton which is machine washable at 30 degrees. This fabric is at a premium and costs between 200-300aed depending on the size of your bed.
Please note, products with a chesterfield pillow can be removed from the bed, however the fabric itself cannot be removed due to the design.
*The Poochie Puff is the only Dixie product which has a cushion built in and is unable to detach.
CAN PETS OTHER THAN DOGS USE THESE BEDS?
Absolutely! Whilst all products are all built with dogs in mind, they are suitable for other pets too. No one knows your pet better than you, but if you have an excessively scratchy cat (or dog), these products may not be the most suitable.
HOW DO I KNOW IF THE STANDARD SIZE WILL FIT MY FURBABY?
We know just how difficult it is to size up your pooch, therefore we include all measurements with all standard size products. We also have included Dixie's measurements on the website and provide photos of him on Instagram (@dixiesboutiquedubai) trying out products to give you a better visual idea.
Most of our standard sized products are built for the smaller-medium sized pooches. If you want a bigger size, please reach out to us.
WHY IS THE COLOUR NOT EXACTLY THE SAME AS IN THE PHOTOGRAPH?
We will always try our best to represent each bed accurately on all our platforms, however please bear in mind colours can look slightly different based on lighting. Please reach out to us directly if you want further clarification before placing your order.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY DESIRED PRODUCT IS IN STOCK?
All of our products are made to order, which means we should almost always be able to get you your desired bed.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY DOG WILL LIKE IT?
Each product in Dixie's collection has been trialled and tested by Dixie himself to check he likes it. We assess this by checking if he actively chooses to rest there. We aim to make each product as comfy as possible, but we understand all dogs are different!
DO YOU HAVE ANY TIPS FOR THE VELVET AFTERCARE?
If your velvet gets a few light scratches, wipe down with distilled cold water on a cloth in the direction of the nap, and then use a hair dryer to dry it. Ensure when drying it you are also doing this in the direction of the nap.
